TERMS OF USE AND PERMISSIONS AGREEMENT

1. Permission Grant

By this document, Lee Wastler, acting as the authorized representative of Wastlers Band and the WKRD Labels and Recording Studios, and Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company, hereby grants non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free permission to radio stations to:

• Download and use the music located at https://fan.to/WastlersBand
  
  

• Broadcast said music on-air for radio play purposes only
  
  

• Add the music to their radio playlists for broadcast use only
  
  

This permission is granted free of charge and is intended solely for on-air radio broadcasting.

2. Restrictions

Radio stations and any other users of the music under this agreement are expressly not permitted to:

• Sell or resell the music in any form
  
  

• Reproduce or distribute the music in physical or digital formats for commercial or non-commercial purposes (outside of radio broadcasting)
  
  

• Remix, edit, alter, or sample the music in any way
  
  

• Use the music in podcasts, video content, advertisements, websites, or social media posts
  
  

• Share, lend, sublicense, or give away the music to any third party
  
  

• Use the music in streaming platforms or content libraries (e.g., Spotify playlists, YouTube videos, etc.)
  
  

• Use the music for public performance in venues, concerts, or events outside of radio broadcast
  
  

• Claim ownership or authorship of the music or its recordings
  
  

3. Ownership and Copyright

All songs and recordings by Wastlers Band remain the sole property of Lee Wastler, WKRD Labels and Recording Studios, and Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. All songs and recordings are registered.

4. Termination

This permission may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Lee Wastler or his authorized representatives. Continued use of the music after termination will constitute a violation of copyright law.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By downloading or broadcasting any music from https://fan.to/WastlersBand, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
