Terms & Conditions for Booking – Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company

1. Purpose of Booking

Online meetings through Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company are intended for:

• Advertising sales and sponsorship discussions related to WKRD, WKRC, and WWJD radio stations.
  
  

• Promotional, programming, or partnership opportunities for Rockers Connect Social.
  
  

• Marketing and promotional planning for WKRD websites and affiliated hosting services.
  
  

• Consultation regarding station events, broadcasting operations, or related media services.
  
  

• Other professional purposes as agreed upon prior to booking.
  
  

2. Booking Process & Confirmation

• All booking requests must be submitted through an approved booking form, email, or official communication channel.
  
  

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company.
  
  

• Meeting invitations will include date, time, platform link, and any relevant instructions.
  
  

3. Duration & Scope

• Meetings are scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon duration.
  
  

• Extended discussions outside the original scope may require follow-up bookings or additional fees.
  
  

• Any additional topics outside the agreed purpose should be communicated in advance.
  
  

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of deposits or incur cancellation fees.
  
  

• Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company reserves the right to reschedule in the event of technical issues, emergencies, or unforeseen conflicts.
  
  

5. Technical Requirements & Responsibilities

• Attendees are responsible for:
  
  

  • A stable internet connection.
    
    

  • A working camera and microphone.
    
    

  • Access to the agreed online meeting platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
    
    

• Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company is not responsible for attendee technical issues that prevent participation.
  
  

6. Recording & Use of Content

• Meetings may be recorded by Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company for internal review, promotional use, or training purposes.
  
  

• By participating, you grant permission for recording, storage, and reasonable use of the meeting content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Unauthorized recording by attendees is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
  
  

7. Professional Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and courteous tone during meetings.
  
  

• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the meeting without refund or rescheduling.
  
  

8. Confidentiality

• Certain discussions may involve proprietary, confidential, or business-sensitive information.
  
  

• Both parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company and Lee Wastler are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from meeting participation.
  
  

• Liability for technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond our control is expressly disclaimed.
  
  

10. Agreement & Acceptance

• By booking a meeting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  
  

• These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Cove Enterprises Broadcasting Company, with notice provided via the booking platform or official communication.
